"Impressive Speed in Handling My Request"
I was really impressed by how quickly my request for assistance was handled. This is the best service I've experienced from any vendor for any product. Plus, the quick resolution from your tech was just the cherry on top. I purchased the software just yesterday, and every update has been running smoothly. "Caution! It causes more trouble than it's worth."
I bought subscriptions for Outbyte PC Repair, Driver Updater, and AV Armour. All three programs are super annoying with their endless pop-ups. Just last Sunday, I tried the suggested Driver Updater, and it took a whopping three hours to get my PC to boot up again, finally managing it only after rolling back to the state before the scan. Now, none of the applications acknowledge my registration key. I've decided to cancel my subscriptions and will be removing the software.

What’s with all these pop-ups? They just keep coming! How can I make them go away? Each time I boot up my laptop, I’m hit with at least two, three, or even four pop-ups! Seriously, make it stop, please!!

"Top-Notch Assistance"
I genuinely wished I could rate these guys six stars or more. I faced a messed-up operating system that needed a fresh install of Windows 11 on my hard drive. That's pretty much the worst-case scenario for a computer. These folks didn’t hesitate at all. Just a few hours later, I was up and running again. It really doesn’t get better than this. P.S. You can count on these folks for remote troubleshooting and repairs.

"Super helpful tech support"
The technician was super helpful! After updating the driver, my keyboard was completely unresponsive. He sorted it out in no time. I also inquired about a video issue I had faced, and he promptly found and installed the correct video driver. The entire process was under 30 minutes. I'm really happy with the service.
